دراسة تحليلية قياسية لدور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في قطاع التشغيل- حالة الجزائر 2010-2023

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في مختلف اقتصاديات الدول، هذا ما يفرض على الجزائر النهوض بهذا القطاع الحيوي وترقيته، من خلال الاعتماد على آليات دعم ومرافقة لهذه المؤسسات؛ كما سنعرض تطور قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، في الفترة 2010-2023 في الجزائر حيث نتطرق إلى دراسة تحليلية قياسية باستخدام ACP وRL, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كان لها دور فعال في تخفيض نسبة البطالة ومساهمتها في قطاع التشغيل. This study aims to show the role of small and medium enterprises in achieving economic and social development in the various economies of countries, due to its ease in establishing and running them, and the lack of capital that they need to establish them, in addition to their contribution to employment and the reduction of unemployment rates, this is what imposes Algeria should promote and promote this vital sector, by relying on support and accompaniment mechanisms for these institutions; We will also present the development of the small and medium enterprises sector, in the period 2010-2023 in Algeria, where we will address its importance and objectives in addition to a standard analytical study using the main components analysis model ACP . The study concluded that small and medium enterprises had an effective role in reducing the unemployment rate and their contribution to the employment sector. As the number of small and medium enterprises increases, the unemployment rate decreases, and the number of jobs increases.
