الملخص
يتناول موضوع بحثنا تعاطي فقهاء المغرب الأوسط مع قضايا أمن الدولة واستقرارها خلال الفترة الزمنية الممتدة من (7-9ه/13-15م)، وبيان ما قدموه من جهود وإسهامات بغرض إحتواء وضبط منظومة الأمن السياسي، والتي باتت عرضة لجملة من العوامل والمهددات التي ألقت بأثارها السلبية على كافة شرائح المجتمع وأنظمة الحكم آنذاك، قاصدين بذلك المحافظة على وحدة الجماعة، ونشر الأمن والطمأنينة بين الناس، والعمل على استقرار مؤسسات الدولة والنظام الحاكم فيها، مستغلين في ذلك المكانة والمنزلة الكبيرة التي كانوا يحضون بيها عند العامة ولدى السلاطين. This study examines the engagement of Maliki jurists in the Central Maghreb with issues related to state security and stability during the period spanning the 7th to 9th centuries AH (13th–15th centuries CE). It highlights their efforts and contributions aimed at containing and regulating the political security system, which had become increasingly vulnerable to a range of factors and threats that negatively impacted all segments of society and the ruling structures of the time. These efforts were driven by a commitment to preserving communal unity, promoting security and social tranquility, and ensuring the stability of state institutions and the governing regime. In doing so, the jurists leveraged the significant social and political status they enjoyed among both the general populace and the ruling elite.
