الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قضية كانت و لاتزال من أهم القضايا وأخطرها على الفرد بشكل خاص والمجتمع بشكل عام، ألا وهي حوادث المرور، التي تعتبر حديث الساعة نظرا لما خلفته من أضرار وخيمة، أحدثت خلل في كيان الأسرة في شتى أرجاء العالم عموما، والأسرة الجزائرية، خاصة فمس الضرر جميع الجوانب النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والصحية والأمنية، ولعل هذه الأخيرة أي الجانب الأمني قد تسبب في معاناة الأسر الجزائرية، فظهرت شتى مظاهر الخوف والفزع من الطريق، و هذه الدراسة حاولت من خلالها الباحثة الالمام ببعض التصورات التي تشخص لنا حوادث المرور بالجزائر في الواقع المعاش، وسبل الوقاية منها بالاعتماد على ما يعرف بالتربية المرورية، من وجه نظر فئة أكثر وعيا لهذه الظاهرة، ألا وهم الأساتذة الجامعيين في جامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة، كمجال لدراسة، و بالاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي تم تقصي تصور الأستاذ الجامعي في إرساء قواعد الحركة المرورية السليمة وحماية أفراد المجتمع من مخاطر هذه الظاهرة التي فاقت انعكاساتها على مستوى أرواح الأفراد ما خلّفته بعض الحروب والمساهمة في بناء وعي مروري لدى أفراد المجتمع. كلمات مفتاحية: التصورات الاجتماعية، الأستاذ الجامعي، الأمن الطرقي، التربية المرورية . حوادث المرور. Abstract: This study aims to address an issue that has been and continues to be one of the most important and dangerous for the individual in particular and society in general, namely traffic accidents. These accidents are the talk of the town due to the severe damage they cause, disrupting the family structure in various parts of the world in general, and the Algerian family in particular. The damage has affected all psychological, social, economic, health, and security aspects. Perhaps the latter, i.e. the security aspect, has caused suffering for Algerian families, with various manifestations of fear and panic about the road appearing, sounding the alarm bell. Through this study, the researcher attempted to understand some of the perceptions that diagnose traffic accidents in Algeria in real life, and ways to prevent them by relying on what is known as traffic education, from the perspective of a group more aware of this phenomenon, namely university professors at Mohamed Khider University of Biskra, as a field of study. Using the descriptive and analytical approach, the university professor's vision was investigated in establishing the rules of safe traffic movement and protecting members of society from the dangers of this phenomenon, the repercussions of which on the level of individual lives exceed those of some wars and its contribution to Building traffic awareness among community members.
