The Effect Of Organizational Creativity On Total Quality Management: The Mediating Role Of Knowledge Management

Abstract
This study aims to highlight the mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between organizational creativity and total quality management. The study was conducted at the EATIT artificial tissue complex in Algeria, with a study population of 260 employees. The descriptive method was employed, and a questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool. Initially, 250 questionnaires were distributed, out of which 208 were retrieved, representing the study sample. Statistical analysis was then performed using AMOS.v24 software. The researchers arrived at several findings, the most important of which is that knowledge management partially mediates the relationship between organizational creativity and total quality management in the studied organization.
