الملخص
تعدُّ اللسانيات الجنائيّة من أحدث العلوم الغربية، الّتي ارتبط ظهورها مع التطّور الحاصل في عالم الإجرام والجريمة، حيث يهدف هذا العلم إلى تحليل النّصوص المكتوبة والمنطوقة بطريقةٍ علميّة، وذلك من أجل البحث عن المجهول للقضية المراد التحقيق فيها، ومُحاولة مَعرفة السِمات اللّغويّة الّتي يمكن أن تكون دليلاً لغوياً جنائياً من شأنها أن تُساهم في الكشف عن المؤلف ( المتحدّث )، وتعدّ البصمة اللّغويّة أحد أهم أدوات التحليل اللّغوي الجنائي للتّطبيقات القضائية المختلفة، لما لها من أهميةٍ بالغةٍ في الكشف عن هُوية المجرم الإلكتروني وتحديد شخصيته، وسنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثيّة، دراسة موضوع البصمة اللّغويّة كأداة في اللسانيات الجنائيّة لكشف هُوية مرتكبي الجرائم الإلكترونيّة؛ بوصفها دليلاً جنائياً بارزاً ومدى فاعليتها في الكشف عن الحقيقة، مع إبراز دورها الفعّال في التحليل الجنائي لمختلف النّصوص اللّغويّة ذات الصّلة بالجرائم الإلكترونيّة. Forensic linguistics is a relatively modern discipline that has emerged in response to the growing complexity of crime and criminal behaviour. It is concerned with the scientific analysis of written and spoken texts in order to uncover unknown elements of investigations and to identify linguistic features that may constitute forensic evidence capable of attributing authorship or speaker identity. Among the most significant tools in this field is the linguistic fingerprint, which has proven highly relevant in judicial applications, particularly in addressing cybercrimes. This study explores the role of the linguistic fingerprint as a forensic linguistic tool for identifying perpetrators of cybercrimes, assessing its effectiveness as a reliable from of legal evidence in uncovering the truth. The paper further highlights its practical contribution to the forensic examination of linguistic texts directly associated with cybercriminal activities.
