التحول الرقمي في التعليم وآليات تطبيقه في الجامعة الجزائرية_ من وجهة نظر الطلبة

الملخص
يعد التعليم من أكثر العمليات دينامكية، وذلك لارتباطه بمعطيات متجددة تعمل على تحديث البيئة التعليمية، ومن ذلك تطور تكنولوجيا التعليم التي تطرح وسائل وتقنيات تعزز العملية التعليمية، هذا ما دفع الأنظمة التعليمية نحو التحول الرقمي بمفهومه التعليمي والإداري، وفي التوجه ذاته تسعى الجامعات الجزائرية إلى العمل على تطبيق التحول الرقمي في ظل تبني التعليم المدمج بتفعيل الآليات الممكنة. تهدف الدراسة للكشف عن سير عملية التحول الرقمي في الجامعة الجزائرية، ومدى قابليته ونتائجه المحققة، وذلك من خلال دراسة تفاعل الطلبة مع العملية وتحليل آراء وخيارات وجهات نظرهم حولها. توصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أن عملية التحول الرقمي في التعليم ترتكز على نجاح تفاعل الطلبة مع أدواته وتطبيقاته في تعليم مدمج، ومع تقنياته ووسائله في أنظمة الإدارة، غير أن الدراسة أبانت نوعا من النقص في تفاعل الطلبة مع الآليات المستحدثة. Education is one of the most dynamic processes, due to its connection to renewed data that works to modernize the educational environment, including the development of educational technology that offers means and technologies that enhance the educational process. This has pushed educational systems towards digital transformation in its educational and administrative sense. In the same vein, Algerian universities seek to work on implementing it in light of the adoption of blended education by activating possible mechanisms. The study aims to uncover the progress of the digital transformation process at Algerian universities, its feasibility, and its achieved results. This is achieved by examining students' interactions with the process and analyzing their opinions, choices, and perspectives on it. We concluded that the process of digital transformation in education is based on the success of students' interaction with its tools and applications in integrated education, and with its techniques and means in management systems, but the study showed a kind of deficiency in students' interaction with the new mechanisms.
