Abstract

Organizational culture constitutes the relationship between “internal” and “external”, which is made possible by creating a universe that unites participants around the same structure. Corporate culture enables a company to face up to the uncertainty and complexity of its environment. This study aims to examine the impact of various dimensions of organizational culture on job satisfaction within the company Sonelgaz in Tlemcen.
