Marxist and feminist literary theories have become well-known frameworks for examining literature from an ideological and social critique perspective. A comparative theoretical analysis was conducted using primary texts and critical literature from both traditions to shows that ideology, power, and marginalization are major issues in both Marxist and feminist views. Despite having differing focal points, Feminist and Marxist literary theories provide complimentary critical instruments for comprehending how literature upholds or subverts social systems. By promoting multifaceted textual criticisms and illuminating the intricate relationship between gender politics and economic processes in cultural production, their intersection enhances literary study.
