Souffle Et Style : La Respiration Comme Moteur Des Phrases Longues Chez Marcel Proust

Résumé (Français) Cet article explore l’influence de la fragilité respiratoire de Marcel Proust, notamment son asthme sévère, sur la construction de son style littéraire. À travers l’analyse des phrases longues, digressives et musicales de son œuvre, nous montrons comment les contraintes corporelles ont façonné le rythme syntaxique, la musicalité interne et l’attention aux détails perceptifs et émotionnels. L’approche adoptée combine stylistique, biographie médicale et cognition incarnée, révélant que la respiration limitée et les micro-apnées involontaires ont participé à la structuration des phrases et à la densité cognitive et émotionnelle de la prose proustienne. Cet article propose une lecture interdisciplinaire où le corps et l’esprit interagissent pour produire une virtuosité stylistique unique. Abstract (English) This article investigates the influence of Marcel Proust’s respiratory fragility, particularly his severe asthma, on the construction of his literary style. Through the analysis of long, digressive, and musical sentences in his works, we demonstrate how bodily constraints shaped syntactic rhythm, internal musicality, and attention to perceptual and emotional details. The study combines stylistics, medical biography, and embodied cognition, showing that limited breathing and involuntary micro-apneas contributed to sentence structure and to the cognitive and emotional density of Proustian prose. This interdisciplinary approach highlights the interaction between body and mind in producing unique stylistic virtuosity. Keywords: Marcel Proust, literary style, asthma, respiration, long sentences, embodied cognition, emotional stylistics. يستكشف هذا المقال تأثير هشاشة الجهاز التنفسي لمارسيل بروست، لا سيما معاناته من الربو الحاد، على بناء أسلوبه الأدبي. من خلال تحليل الجمل الطويلة والمتفرعة والموسيقية في أعماله، يُظهر المقال كيف شكلت القيود الجسدية إيقاع البنية النحوية، والجانب الموسيقي الداخلي، والانتباه إلى التفاصيل الحسية والعاطفية. تجمع هذه الدراسة بين الأسلوبية، والسيرة الطبية، ونظرية الإدراك المجسد، مبينة أن التنفس المحدود والتوقفات الجزئية اللا إرادية ساهمت في هيكلة الجمل وفي الكثافة الإدراكية والعاطفية للنصوص البروسيتية. يقترح المقال قراءة متعددة التخصصات حيث يتفاعل الجسد والعقل لإنتاج براعة أسلوبية فريدة. الكلمات المفتاحية: مارسيل بروست، الأسلوب الأدبي، الربو، التنفس، الجمل الطويلة، الإدراك المجسد، الأسلوبية العاطفية
