واقع الثقافة والفكر الجزائري في ظل الذكاء الاصطناعي : التحديات والرهانات

الملخص
Abstract: This study seeks to critically examine the current status of cultural identity in Algeria, within the framework of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the rise of artificial intelligence, a transformative force capable of reducing the world to abstract algorithms that often neglect the unique particularities of individual cultures. Historically, identity was primarily threatened by material and geopolitical power, today, however, the challenge is more subtle and pervasive, an intelligent power that dissolves traditional boundaries and reconfigures collective consciousness according to universal standards stripped of any regional or cultural imprint. This paradigm shift raises a fundamental question, how can Algerian cultural identity sustain itself in an era that archives heritage into digital repositories and reduces the human subject to quantifiable data? While artificial intelligence possesses the capacity to preserve cultural heritage, does it not simultaneously risk commodifying it into a mere “virtual artifact”? Alternatively, does the real challenge lie in Algeria’s ability to develop an innovative, interactive model that redefines identity through technology, not as an instrument of erosion, but as a catalyst for its dynamic regeneration in contemporary contexts? الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الهوية الثقافية في الجزائر، خاصة في ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، والذكاء الاصطناعي، والذي بإمكانه اختزال العالم، إلى خوارزميات مجردة، لا تعترفا بخصوصية الثقافات، فإذا كنا في الماضي قد واجهنا طمس الهوية عبر القوة المادية الاستدمارية الفرنسية ، فإننا اليوم نواجهها عبر القوة الذكية، التي تذيب الحدود، وتُعيد تشكيل الوعي الجمعي، وفق معايير كونية، بلا بصمة إقليمية، وهنا يُطرح السؤال : كيف يمكن للهوية الجزائرية أن تصمد في عصرٍ يُحوِّل التراث إلى أرشيف رقمي، والإنسان إلى مجرد بيانات قابلة للتحليل؟ أليس الذكاء الاصطناعي برغم قدرته على توثيق الموروث الثقافي، يُهدد بتحويله إلى مجرد سلعة افتراضية؟، أم أن التحدي الحقيقي يكمن في قدرة الجزائر على اختراع نموذج تفاعلي فريد، يحوّل التكنولوجيا إلى جسر لإعادة إنتاج الهوية بصيغ معاصرة، دون أن تكون أداةً لذوبانها؟.
