The Role Of University Business Incubators In Boosting Startups: The Case Stady Of Abbas Laghrour University Incubator In Khenchela

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of University Business Incubators in supporting the establishment of Startup Enterprises by providing the appropriate environment and integrated services for students with creative ideas. The research focused on the Business Incubator at Khenchela University, analyzing the facilities and services provided to students. The study concluded that the Incubator offers technical and logistical support and mentoring, provides training and guidance, and facilitates access to financing. Nevertheless, the Incubator faces challenges that require the cooperation of relevant stakeholders to enhance its role in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship.
