ابن الحاج التلمساني ونظمه بيوع الأجال

الملخص
يتعلق هذا البحث بعلم من أعلام مدينة تلمسان، وهو الإمام أبو العباس أحمد بن محمد، المعروف بابن الحاج التلمساني ، وذلك من خلال التعريف بهذا الإمام وبيان نشأته الشخصية والعلمية، وذكر مؤلفاته و آثاره ، ومن هذه الآثار منظومة موجزة في بيوع الآجال، وهي إحدى المسائل المهمة في باب المعاملات المالية على مذهب المالكية، حيث تم ضبط هذا النظم كاملا ووصفه وتحليله والتطرق إلى حقيقة هذا النوع من البيوع مع بيان المآخذ والعلل التي استند إليها المانعون، وذكر الصور الجائزة والممنوعة في هذه البيوع على حسب ما ورد في هذا النظم. This research is related to one of Scientist of the city of Tlemcen, which is Imam Abu Al-Abbas Ahmed bin Muhammad, known as Ibn Al-Hajj Al-Telmisani, by introducing this imam and explaining his personal and scientific upbringing, and mentioning his writings and effects. The task is in the section on financial transactions according to the Maliki school of thought, where this systems have been fully seized, described and analyzed, and the reality of this type of sales has been addressed with an explanation of the drawbacks and the reasons on which the prohibitors relied, and the permissible and forbidden images in these sales are mentioned according to what is stated in these systems..
