This study examines the multifaceted effects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the Quality of Work Life (QWL). Drawing on Walton's QWL model, it employs a qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to identify key themes and trends in recent research. The results indicate that AI can enhance productivity and efficiency, thereby improving employee well-being. However, the findings also highlight potential risks, including increased stress, anxiety, and isolation, depending on the manner of implementation. The study emphasizes the importance of ethical and responsible AI integration, alongside employee involvement, to mitigate adverse outcomes and reinforce positive effects. Overall, it offers valuable implications for scholars and practitioners seeking to align AI adoption with improved work-life quality.
