This paper clarifies the concepts of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education and highlights leading international experiences across multiple regions. It synthesizes theoretical definitions, differentiates entrepreneurship from self-employment, and specifies the learning outcomes, pedagogies, and ecosystem supports that define high-quality entrepreneurial education. Empirically, the paper reviews cases at the European level (Germany, Italy, United Kingdom), the Asian level (China), the African level (Nigeria), and the South American level (Brazil). For each, it examines policy frameworks, curricular integration from primary to tertiary education, links to incubators and industry, assessment practices, and inclusion strategies for women and youth. Comparative analysis identifies convergences—experiential learning, interdisciplinarity, and local ecosystem engagement—and divergences in governance, financing, and scalability. The paper concludes with actionable recommendations: align curricula with competencies, invest in teacher professional development, expand access to finance and mentoring, build university–industry–government partnerships, and establish evaluation standards. It also proposes future research on equity, digital platforms, and impact measurement.
