Methods And Ingredients Of Successful Entrepreneurial Education To Create Future Entrepreneurs Entrepreneurial Challenge-based Education As A Model

Abstract
Entrepreneurship education is a modern method and approach to education that is concerned with developing students’ entrepreneurial skills and increasing their entrepreneurial spirit to become entrepreneurs in the future. The study aimed to clarify the most important methods of success to provide them with the knowledge necessary to build their personalities, encourage them, and consider entrepreneurial challenge-based education an effective model for this. The study concluded that there is a need to radically change the traditional teaching method and adopt modern academic methods in teaching entrepreneurship. تعليم ريادة الأعمال هو أسلوب ومنهج حديث للتعليم يهتم بتنمية مهارات ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلاب وزيادة روح ريادة الأعمال لديهم ليصبحوا رواد أعمال في المستقبل. وهدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح أهم أساليب النجاح لتزويدهم بالمعرفة اللازمة لبناء شخصياتهم، وتشجيعهم، واعتبار التعليم المبني على التحدي الريادي نموذجاً فعالاً لذلك. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إحداث تغيير جذري في طريقة التدريس التقليدية واعتماد أساليب أكاديمية حديثة في تدريس ريادة الأعمال.
