الأصوات الموسومة بالبينية عند كمال بشر

الملخص
من القضايا المهمة التي أوردها كمال بشر في كتابه"علم الأصوات"، قضية الأصوات البينية، باعتبارها ظاهرة لافتة للنظر في الدرس الصوتي الحديث، ويعزى ذلك إلى الخلافات التي أثيرت حولها في تراثنا العربي القديم، ولاسيما في تحديد ماهيتها، وأصواتها، وموقعيتها بين فئات الحروف العربية. نسعى في هذه الورقة البحثية، إلى تسليط الضوء على حقيقة صفة البينية عند العالم اللغوي "كمال بشر"، من حيث تعريفها وتحديد الأصوات الموسومة بها، وعلة تسميتها بذلك، إضافة إلى تقصي الأسانيد التي عرضها واستند إليها في مؤلفه لتقديم رؤية علمية تتماشى مع نتائج الطرح الفونتيكي الحديث تسهم في تحديد فهمنا لحقيقة الصوت اللغوي. An important issue cited by Kamal Bishr in his book "phonetics" is the issue of intersonic sounds, as a striking phenomenon in the modern audio lesson, due to the differences that have arisen about them in our ancient Arab heritage, especially in determining what they are, their sounds, and their position among the Arabic letter categories. In this paper, we seek to highlight the reality of the interlinguistic character of the linguistic world "Kamal Bishr", in terms of its definition and identification of the sounds marked by it, and the reason for its designation, as well as to investigate the evidence on which it is presented and based in its author to provide a scientific vision consistent with the results of the modern phonetics thesis that contributes to determining our understanding of the truth of the linguistic sound.
