Abstract
:Abstract: The ongoing advancement of contemporary technology, particularly in the realm of artificial intelligence, presents a significant qualitative challenge to modern systems and the justice sector. This evolution signifies a pivotal shift towards intelligent systems that leverage algorithms and automation across various applications of AI, especially those impacting the legal field and its components. Such developments influence court decisions and the roles of judges, lawyers, and litigants, as they increasingly rely on vast amounts of big data and information. This trend raises the prospect of AI potentially supplementing or even replacing human roles within judicial processes and legal proceedings. ملخص: إن التطور الحديث والمستمر لتنامي التكنولوجيا الحديثة من ضمنها الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي اضاف للأنظمة الحديثة وقطاع العدالة تحديا نوعيا ايجابيا يعكس طفرة مرجعية للأنظمة الذكية من خلال الخوارزميات والأتمتة في الاستخدامات المتعددة للذكاء الاصطناعي خاصة ما يمس بقطاع العدالة وملحقاتها، من خلال قرارات المحاكم والقضاة وفي مجال القانون عموما بما يضمن الكم الهائل من توفير البيانات الضخمة والمعلومات التي تسعى لأن تحل مكان الانسان والبشر بصفة قاضي او محامي او متقاضي في الدعاوى والأجهزة القضائية.
