الملخص
يواجه البحث العلمي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائري تحديات تنافسية نابعة من خصائص المجتمع الذي ينتمي إليه، وذلك نتيجة التطورات المشهودة في الفترة الأخير على مختلف القطاعات مثل المجال الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، والتي ألحت على استخدام التكنولوجيا والابتكار والإبداع والتحول إلى جامعة من الجيل الرابع. من أجل تجويد مخرجات الجامعة وتعميم الفائدة من الطالب والأستاذ إلى المجتمع، والوصول إلى حلول جديدة لظواهر تحتاج الاختراع في جوانب فشلت فيها الحلول القديم. ولأن المؤسسات الناشئة وبراءة الاختراع في البحث العلمي أصبح تمثل المرآة العاكسة لأصالة مختلف البحوث العلمية، فقد صار على البحوث النفسية والتربوية إعادة النظر في نوعية البحوث التي تقدمها، وذلك من خلال ارتباطها بعلوم أخرى تثمن وتكمل مبادراتها في البحث العلمي وتساهم في إصدار بحوث مرموقة، مثل ما كان ينتهجه العلماء والفلاسفة في عصور سابقة. ولذا سعينا من خلال هذه المداخلة أن نقوم بمقاربة تحليلية لما قد تقدمه الدراسات البنية لبحوث علم النفس وعلوم التربية وعلوم أخرى من تطور يوصلها إلى إنشاء مؤسسات مصغرة وبراءة الاختراع. ABSTRACT: The scientific research in the higher education institutions in Algeria is facing a competitive challenges stemming from the society characteristics it belongs to, and that is a result of the notable developments in the latest among various sectors such as the economic and social fields, which insisted on using technology, invention and creativity by becoming a fourth generation University, in order to improve the University outcomes and generalizing the benefit from the student and the teacher into society, and reaching new solutions for phenomenon that require invention in aspects where all solutions have failed. And because the startups institutions and patenting in the scientific research have become the reflecting mirror of the various scientific research authenticity, as the psychological and pedagogical researches had to reconsider the presented researches quality, and that is through its connection to other sciences that enhance and complete its initiative in the scientific research and it contributes to the publication of prestigious research, as what the philosophers and scientists were adopting in the previous eras. Therefore, we seek through this intervention to do an analytical approach to what the structural studies present to the researches of psychology, pedagogical sciences and other sciences whose development leads to the establishment of small enterprises and patents.
