مستوى الانتماء المهني والعوامل المؤثرة فيه دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مستشاري التوجيه بمديرية التربية الأغواط

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مستوى الانتماء المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المهني بمديرية التربية بمدينة الأغواط، مع استكشاف الفروق في مستوى الانتماء بين المستشارين وفقًا لمتغيري الأقدمية المهنية والمؤهل العلمي، وذلك من خلال التأكد من صحة الفرضيات التالية: - يوجد مستوى مرتفع للانتماء المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه بمديرية التربية بمدينة الأغواط. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الانتماء المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المهني بمديرية التربية بمدينة الأغواط تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الانتماء المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المهني بمديرية التربية بمدينة الأغواط تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي ، باستخدام المسح الشامل حيث شملت العينة جميع مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المهني والمدرسي بمدينة الأغواط، والبالغ عددهم 83 مستشارًا، مما سمح بجمع بيانات دقيقة وشاملة حول مستوى الانتماء المهني لديهم. كما تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، حيث تم تصميمه بناءً على الأطر النظرية والدراسات السابقة لضمان قياس شامل ودقيق لمتغيرات الدراسة. لتظهر النتائج في الأخير: أن مستوى الانتماء المهني لدى المستشارين مرتفع بشكل عام، مما يعكس بيئة عمل إيجابية توفر الشعور بالاندماج والتقدير. كما بينت الدراسة وجود فروق في مستوى الانتماء المهني تبعًا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، حيث كان الحاصلون على الليسانس والماستر أكثر ارتباطًا بالمؤسسة مقارنةً بالحاصلين على الدكتوراه، مما قد يُعزى إلى اختلاف التوقعات المهنية لهذه الفئة. كما أظهرت النتائج أن الأقدمية المهنية تؤثر إيجابيًا على مستوى الانتماء، حيث كان المستشارون ذوو الخبرة الأكبر أكثر ارتباطًا بمؤسساتهم مقارنةً بالمبتدئين. ABSTRACT: This study aims to analyze the level of professional belonging among career guidance and counseling advisors at the Directorate of Education in Laghouat. It also explores differences in professional belonging among advisors based on the variables of professional seniority and academic qualification by testing the validity of the following hypotheses: -There is a high level of professional belonging among career guidance advisors at the Directorate of Education in Laghouat. -There are statistically significant differences in the level of professional belonging among career guidance and counseling advisors at the Directorate of Education in Laghouat due to the academic qualification variable. -There are statistically significant differences in the level of professional belonging among career guidance and counseling advisors at the Directorate of Education in Laghouat due to the professional seniority variable. The study employed a descriptive methodology using a comprehensive survey that included all career guidance and counseling advisors in Laghouat, totaling 83 advisors. This approach allowed for the collection of precise and comprehensive data on their level of professional belonging. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, designed based on theoretical frameworks and previous studies to ensure a thorough and accurate measurement of the study variables.The results revealed that the level of professional belonging among advisors is generally high, reflecting a positive work environment that fosters a sense of engagement and appreciation. The study also indicated differences in professional belonging based on academic qualification, with bachelor's and master's degree holders demonstrating a higher level of attachment to their institutions compared to PhD holders, possibly due to differing professional expectations. Additionally, the findings showed that professional seniority positively influences professional belonging, as more experienced advisors exhibited a stronger connection to their institutions compared to newcomers.
