الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية ودور الرقمنة وتطبيقاتها داخل المؤسسات الصحية بالجزائر؛ والتي تساهم في ترقية أدائها، وتحسين الخدمات الصحية بها، وذلك من خلال الاستفادة من مختلف التقنيات التكنولوجية داخل هذه المؤسسات، وذلك من خلال تطبيق عدة آليات للرقمنة في إطار مشروع "الصحة الإلكترونية"، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن رقمنة المؤسسات الصحية في الجزائر لا تزال في بداياتها الأولى وذلك بالنظر إلى وجود عدة عوائق وتحديات التي لا بد من العمل على إيجاد حلول لها. The study aimed to know the importance and role of digitization and its applications within health institutions in Algeria, which contribute to upgrading their performance and improving health services, by taking advantage of various technological techniques within these institutions through the application of several mechanisms for digitization within the framework of the "e-health" project, and the study concluded that the digitization of health institutions in Algeria is still in its early beginnings, given that there are several obstacles and challenges that must be worked on to find solutions to.
