مكانة السلطة العليا للشفافية و الوقاية من الفساد و مكافحته في الجزائر

الملخص
السلطة العليا للشفافية و الوقاية من الفساد و مكافحته هي مؤسسة حكومية تهدف إلى مكافحة الفساد و تعزيز الشفافية و الحوكمة الرشيدة في الجزائر ،وذلك من خلال وضع خطة شاملة لمكافحة الفساد و تتبع تنفيذها ،و جمع و تحليل المعلومات المتعلقة بالفساد لتحديد المشكلات و اقتراح الحلول ،وكذلك تقوم بمراقبة تطبيق القوانين و اللوائح المتعلقة بالشفافية و مكافحكة الفساد. أنشأ المشرع الجزائري السلطة العليا للشفافية والوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته بموجب التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 وبموجب القانون 22-08 المتضمن تنظيم السلطة العليا للشفافية والوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته وتشكيلها و أوكل لها مجموعة من الصلاحيات للقيام بالعمل المنوط لها. The high authority for transparency, prevention and fight against corruption is a governmental institution, that aims to combat corruption and promote transparency and good governance in Algeria, by developing a comprehensive plan to combat corruption and follow up on its implementation, collecting and analyzing information related to corruption to identify problems and propose solutions, and also monitoring the implementation of laws and regulations related to transparency and fighting corruption. The algerian legislator established the high authority for transparency, prevention and combating corruption by virtue of the constitutional amendment of 2020 and by virtue of law 22-08, which includes the organization and formation of the High Authority for transparency, prevention and combating corruption, and entrusted it with a set of powers to carry out the work assigned to it.
