This research explores the awareness and integration of intercultural knowledge among English as a Foreign Language (EFL) educators in Algeria. Through a survey of 62 university instructors, the study reveals that while many are aware of intercultural awareness, there is a significant lack of formal training on how to apply it in the classroom. The findings highlight the need for professional development programs focused on intercultural competence. The study concludes by recommending comprehensive training modules and resources for teachers to create inclusive, culturally responsive teaching environments, ultimately improving the quality of language education.
