الملخص
ملخص: نسعى من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى تسليط الضوء على اتجاهات أساتذة الاعلام والاتصال الجزائريين نحو حرية التعبير في ظل الحروب السيبرانية، خاصة وأن هذه الحرية من الحقوق الأساسية الملازمة للإنسان، وركيزة مهمة للنظم الديمقراطية، فالتعبير الرقمي جزء من تطور البشرية خاصة في ظل انتشار الإنترنت والتكنولوجيا الجديدة، التي أثرت على مختلف جوانب حياة الإنسان وحرياته العامة في البيئة الرقمية، وفتحت المجال لبزوغ أنواع غير مألوفة من الحروب وهي الحروب السيبرانية، هذا ما جعل الفضاء الإلكتروني ساحة خصبة للصراع، سواء باستخدام حروب الأفكار والعمليات النفسية تحت مسمى حرية التعبير، أو باعتماد القوة الصلبة من فيروسات وهجمات إلكترونية. ومما لا شك فيه أن ما أحدثته الثورة التكنومعلوماتية، أخذ أبعادا كثيرة انعكست على الحريات العامة في الفضاء الإلكتروني، وأثارت اهتمام الكثير من المتخصصين في مجال الاعلام والاتصال، خاصة ما تعلق منها بحرية التعبير في ظل الحروب السيبرانية. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the attitudes of Algerian media and communication professors toward freedom of expression in the context of cyber warfare. Freedom of expression is a fundamental human right and a cornerstone of democratic systems. Digital expression, in particular, represents a significant aspect of human evolution, especially with the proliferation of the internet and emerging technologies that have reshaped various facets of human life and public freedoms in the digital sphere. These advancements have also paved the way for unprecedented forms of conflict, such as cyber warfare, transforming cyberspace into a fertile ground for contention. This includes the use of ideological battles and psychological operations under the guise of freedom of expression, as well as hard power tactics such as viruses and cyberattacks. Undoubtedly, the impact of the techno-informational revolution has taken on multifaceted dimensions that have profoundly influenced public freedoms in cyberspace. These transformations have garnered significant interest from specialists in the fields of media and communication, particularly regarding freedom of expression amidst the realities of cyber warfare.
