العمل الحرفي وآفاقه المستقبلية: دراسة ميدانية بغرفة الصناعة التقليدية والحرف بولاية تمنراست.

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى معرفة واقع تنظيم العمل الحرفي ورسم أفاقه المستقبلية بغرفة الصناعة التقليدية والحرف لولاية تمنراست: دراسة ميدانية ، حيث يتناول نشأة غرفة الصناعة التقليدية والحرف وتحليل هيكلها التنظيمي، والدور الذي يلعبه قسم الموارد البشرية في غرفة الصناعة التقليدية، وكذا أهدافها وأهميتها، وأهم البرامج المسطر لتنظيم العمل الحرفي ورسم أفاقه المستقبلية. ويتحدد الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة في التعرف على واقع للعمل الحرفي، وأهم المشاكل التي تعوق تطوره خاصة مشكل التنظيم، محاولاً اقتراح بعض الحلول والتوصيات لتنظيمه. وقد بينت هذه الدراسة أن قطاع العمل الحرفي يكتسي أهمية كبيرة في المجتمع وخاصة في التنمية المحلية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الدولة الجزائرية أعطت أهمية كبرى لهذا القطاع بتدعيمه بالمساعدات والتحفيزات للحرفيين من أجل النهوض به وتثمينه، إلا أن مشكل التنظيم وعدم اشتراك القائمين عليه في اتخاذ القرارات يعيق من تطوره. Abstract: The research aims to know the reality of organizing craft work and drawing its future prospects in the Chamber of Traditional Industry and Crafts of Tamanrasset State: a field study, as it deals with the emergence of the Chamber of Traditional Industry and Crafts and analyzing its organizational structure, the role played by the Human Resources Department in the Chamber of Traditional Industry, as well as its objectives and importance, and the most important programs outlined to organize craft work and draw its future prospects. The primary objective of the study is to identify the reality of craft work and the most significant problems hindering its development, particularly organizational issues. It also attempts to propose solutions and recommendations for its regulation. This study demonstrates that the craft work sector is of great importance to society, particularly in local development. The study also concluded that the Algerian state has given great importance to this sector, providing aid and incentives to craftsmen to advance and enhance it. However, organizational problems and the lack of participation of those in charge in decision-making hinder its development.
