الملخص
الملخص :تسعى هذه الدراسة الى تحليل برامج التنمية المحلية في الجزائر ، كون أن التنمية المحلية تمثل الشغل الأساسي و الشاغل لكل واضعي السياسة التنموية و الاقتصادية بالجزائر لتحسين نوعية حياة المواطنين و تستجيب لأولوياتهم بصفة خاصة و تحقيق التنمية الوطنية الشاملة بصفة عامة ، ومن أجل الوصول الى هذا الهدف تناولت الدراسة في جانبها النظري التنمية المحلية و مختلف الجوانب المتعلقة بها من تطورها و مختلف برامجها التي تمولها سواء من ميزانية البلدية أو من مصادر خارجية المتمثلة مخصصات الدولة في اطار دعم التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الاجتماعية للجماعات المحلية ،المخصصات الممنوحة عن طريق وكالة التضامن و تنمية الجماعات المحلية و الموارد الناتجة عن التضامن والتعاون بين البلديات ، ومخطط القطاعي الممركز والغير ممركز. وفي الجانب التطبيقي تطرقنا الى دراسة برامج التنمية المحلية وعرض وتقييم مجموعة من المشاريع التنموية حسب مصدر التمويل لبلدية براقي خلال الفترة 2020-2024. Abstract: his study seeks to analyze local development programs in Algeria, since local development represents the primary and primary concern of all development and economic policy makers in Algeria to improve the quality of life of citizens and respond to their priorities in particular and achieve comprehensive national development in general In order to reach this goal, the study dealt in its theoretical aspect with local development and the various related aspects of its development and its various programs that it finances, whether from the municipal budget or from external sources, represented by state allocations within the framework of supporting the economic, social and social development of local groups, allocations granted from Through the Solidarity and Local Community Development Agency and the resources resulting from solidarity and cooperation between municipalities, And the centralized and decentralized sector plan. On the applied side, we discussed the study of local development programs and the presentation and evaluation of a group of development projects according to the source of funding for the municipality of Baraki during the period 2020-2024
