الملخص
في ظل التطور المعرفي والتكنولوجي المتسارع ،أصبح موضوع الجودة يحظى باهتمام بالغ لكل مؤسسة تسعى للحصول على ميزة تنافسية تمكنها من الاستمرار في ظل بيئة شديدة التغير، و مؤسسات التعليم العالي ليست استثناءا حيث شهدت هاته الأخيرة خلال هذه العقود جملة من التحولات العميقة، جلبت معها مفاهيما جديدة، وفي نفس الوقت قامت بإحياء مفاهيم قديمة وأعادت صياغتها على غرار مصطلح "عالمية التعليم العالمي" الذي أصبح موضوع مركزي في ميدان التعليم العالي مرتبط بخاصية الجودة وفي أفق خلق إمكانات نظرية و منهجية تسمح بتحقيق آلية جودة التدريس ،سنحاول في هذه الورقة طرح تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال كآلية لتعزيز جودة التعليم العالي Abstract: In light of the rapid development of knowledge and technology, the issue of quality has become of great interest to every institution seeking to obtain a competitive advantage that enables it to continue in a highly changing environment. Higher education institutions are no exception, as the latter have witnessed, during these decades, a series of profound transformations, bringing with them new concepts, and at the same time reviving old concepts and reformulating them in the style of the term “globalization of global education,” which has become a central topic in the field of higher education linked to the quality characteristic. With the aim of creating theoretical and methodological capabilities that enable the implementation of a quality teaching mechanism, this paper attempts to present information and communication technology as a mechanism for enhancing the quality of higher education.
