Abstract
Abstract The pedagogical support for newly hired researchers in higher education institutions is one of the most important strategies for achieving development and progress. Its significance lies not only in improving job performance and acquiring a set of advanced knowledge and skills in teaching and scientific research but also in making new professors more adaptable to change and development. Therefore, in this article, we will attempt to present a theoretical analytical study on the strategy for training newly hired professors in higher education institutions.
