Abstract

Artificial intelligence is one of the biggest technological developments in today’s world. Even though AI offers big chances to improve criminal justice, it also faces problems related to ethics and social fairness. Because of that, there’s a need for strong legal rules and ethical guidelines to make sure there's a good balance between efficiency and human rights. This study tries to show how AI technologies can be used to deal with .crime
