"استراتيجيات القيادة التربوية في المدارس الثانوية في مديرية التربية والتعليم جنوب الخليل"

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على استراتيجيات القيادة التربوية المطبقة في المدارس الثانوية في مدريرية التربية والتعليم بمنطقة جنوب الخليل، كما سعت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تأثير تطبيق استراتيجيات القيادة التربوية بالمدارس الثانوية على تحفيز المعلمين والطلاب وتحسين جودة التعليم، ورصد التحديات التي تقف أمام تطبيق استراتيجيات القيادة التربوية في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة جنوب الخليل، وما سبل مواجهة تلك التحديات، اتبعت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة بشقيه الوصفي والتحليلي، وطبقت على عينة عمدية من المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة جنوب الخليل وبلغ حجم العينة (7) مدارس بمحافظة جنوب الخليل، تم تصميم أداة دليل المقابلة الشخصية المتعقمة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة وتم إجراء مقابلات شخصية مع مدراء المدارس بمحافظة جنوب الخليل وبلغ عددهم (7) مدراء انقسموا بين مدير ومديرة، تم عرض أسئلة المقابلة عليهم ومن ثم تفريغ المقابلات وتحليليها وتفسيرها والخروج بنتائج الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن اتباع استراتيجية التشاركية والتعاون في المدارس الثانوية يعد نهجًا فعالًا في تعزيز بيئة تعليمية إيجابية، وتحفيز الطلاب على التفكير النقدي والإبداعي، كما أظهرت النتائج أن التحديات الأمنية والمادية أولى التحديات التي تعيق تطبيق استراتيجيات القيادة التربوية بالمدراس الثانوية، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج توصي الدراسة تبني سياسات تعليمية تدعم هذا نهج التشاركية والتعاون، مع توفير التدريب المستمر للمعلمين حتى تنعكس نتائج ذلك على الطلاب ومن ثم المؤسسة التعليمية ككل. الكلمات المفتاحية: استراتيجيات القيادة- القيادة التربوية- مديرية التربية والتعليم- مدريرية جنوب الخليل. Abstract: The present study aims to identify the educational leadership strategies applied in secondary schools in the Education School in the southern Hebron region The study also sought to reveal the impact of the application of secondary school pedagogical leadership strategies on motivating teachers and students and improving the quality of education. Monitoring challenges to the implementation of educational leadership strategies in secondary schools in the southern Hebron region and how to address those challenges, the study followed the case study's descriptive and analytical approach and applied to a deliberate sample of secondary schools in the southern Hebron governorate. The sample was 7 schools in the southern Hebron governorate; The sterile personal interview guide tool was designed as a tool for collecting study data. School principals were interviewed in the southern Hebron governorate and numbered 7 managers split between a manager and a director. interviewing questions were presented to them and then the interviews were unloaded, analysed, interpreted and the results of the study came out. The study found that a strategy of participation and cooperation in secondary schools is an effective approach in promoting a positive learning environment and stimulate students to think critically and creatively, and the results show that security and material challenges are the first to hinder the application of secondary school pedagogical leadership strategies In the light of those findings, the study recommends the adoption of educational policies that support such a participatory and collaborative approach, With the provision of continuous training for teachers so that the results of this are reflected on students and therefore the educational institution as a whole.
