الملخص
ملخــص: تعاني المنظومة الصحية في الجزائر الكثير من الاختلالات التي تؤثر سلبا على جودة مخرجاتها المتعلقة بالتغطية الصحية كواقع يرفضه المهنيين والمواطنين، وتعترف به الحكومة نفسها، وهو ما نحاول القاء الضوء عليه من خلال تحليل مؤشرات التنمية الصحية في الجزائر، ومقارنتها المستويات العالمية، مع التركيز على واقع وتحديات العنصر البشري ممثلا في الكفاءات الوطنية في المجال الصحي، واشكالية هجرة المهنيين الصحيين والأطباء الجزائريين، كمتغير مؤثر على مستويات وتحديات التنمية الصحية في الجزائر الأمر الذي يؤكد مرة أخرى أهمية الاصلاح على مستوى الاهتمام بكفاءاتنا الوطنية والاهتمام بها كأحد أهم ركائز الاصلاح للسياسات العامة الصحية . Abstract: The health system in Algeria suffers from many imbalances that negatively affect the quality of its outputs related to health coverage as a reality that professionals and citizens reject, and the government itself acknowledges, which is what we are trying to shed light on by analyzing health development indicators in Algeria, and comparing them to global levels, with a focus on the reality and challenges of the human element represented by national competencies in the health field, and the problem of the migration of Algerian health professionals and doctors, as a variable affecting the levels and challenges of health development in Algeria, which confirms once again the importance of reform at the level of interest in our national competencies and interest in them as one of the most important pillars of reform for public health policies.
