This article analyzes the impact of training on employee performance at the National Railway Transport Company (SNTF) in Algeria. The study highlights the crucial importance of specialized skills in the ever-evolving railway sector. SNTF adjusts its teaching methods, combining classroom sessions with practical field training. Compliance with local standards and technological advancements is essential for safe and efficient railway operations.
