فعالية تطوير رأسمال الفكري كآلية لتحسين الجودة الشاملة

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: نجد مصطلح رأسمال الفكري و الجودة الشاملة، والاستثمار فيهما من المفاهيم الإدارية التنظيمية الحديثة التي تمكن من تحقيق و تطوير الإصلاح المؤسسي، وكذلك تحقيق النمو وضمان البقاء لها، إذا ما تم استثمارهما بكفاءة وفاعلية في ظل سلسلة تغيرات حتمية و متسارعة، وبناء على ذلك تندرج هذه الدراسة في دائرة تحليلية تهدف لمناقشة فاعلية تطوير رأسمال الفكري و دوره في تحسين الجودة الشاملة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي على أساس Meta-analysis لتحليل أبعاد هذه المتغيرات. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة استنتاجات أهمها ضرورة اهتمام المؤسسات برأسمالها الفكري وتطويره وتنميته وذلك من خلال توفير برامج التكوين والتدريب، إضافة إلى أن كل القرارات المتعلقة برأسمالها الفكري هي قرارات استراتيجية باعتبارها آلية لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة والمتمثلة في ضمان الجودة. Abstract: We find the term intellectual capital and overall quality, and investing in them are modern organizational management concepts that enable the achievement and development of institutional reform, as well as achieving growth and ensuring its survival, if they are invested efficiently and effectively in a series of inevitable and accelerated changes, Accordingly, this study is part of an analytical service aimed at discussing the effectiveness of developing intellectual capital and its role in improving overall quality. and the Meta-analysis-based descriptive approach was used to analyze the dimensions of these variables. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which was the need for institutions to pay attention to their intellectual capital and to develop and develop it through the provision of training and training programmes. In addition, all decisions relating to their intellectual capital are strategic decisions as a mechanism for achieving the institution's objectives of quality assurance.
