الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور نموذج كمية الطلب الاقتصادية في تسيير المخزون، وقد أجريت الدراسة على مدبغة جيجل خلال سنة 2023 باستخدام برمجية الطرق الكمية (QM for Windows). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تصدر أمر توريد جديد عندما تصل كمية المخزون إلى 15969700.64 وحدة، وتوصلت كذلك إلى أن تطبيق نمودج كمية الطلب الاقتصادية (نموذج ويلسون) قد ساهم في تخفيض التكاليف الكلية لمخزون المؤسسة محل الدراسة خلال سنة 2023 م بمقدار 150949047.3دج وهي تعتبر قيمة لا بأس بها تعمل على رفع المركز المالي للمؤسسة. كلمات مفتاحية: المخزون؛ تسيير المخزون؛ نموذج كمية الطلب الاقتصادية؛ مدبغة جيجل. تصنيف JEL : D23, C44 Abstract: This study aims to know the role of the economic order quantity model in inventory management, The study was conducted at the Jijel Tannery during the year 2023 using quantitative methods software (QM for Windows). The study found that the institution under study issues a new supply order when the inventory quantity reaches 15,969,700.64 units. It was also concluded that applying the Economic Order Quantity Model (Wilson Model) has contributed to reducing the total inventory costs of the institution under study during the year 2023 by 150949047.3 DA, which is considered a significant value that works to raise the institution’s financial position. Jel Classification Codes : C44 , D23 Résumé : Cette étude vise à connaître le rôle du modèle économique de quantité de commande dans la gestion des stocks .L'étude a été réalisée à la Tannerie de Jijel au cours de l'année 2023 à l'aide d'un logiciel de méthodes quantitatives (QM pour Windows). L'étude a révélé que l'institution étudiée émet une nouvelle commande de fournitures lorsque la quantité en stock atteint 15 969 700,64 unités. Il a également été conclu que l’application du Modèle Economique de Quantité de Commande (Modèle Wilson) a contribué à réduire les coûts totaux de stocks de l’institution étudiée au cours de l’année 2023 de 150949047.3DA , ce qui est considéré comme une valeur significative qui contribue à améliorer la situation financière de l’institution.
