الاصطلاح والترجمة لحظات من الواقع

الملخص
تقوم الدراسة على محاولة إقرار منهج ترجمة متين، خاص بالترجمة الاصطلاحية في الثقافة العربية عموما، وفي علوم الآلة بالخصوص، استنادا على منهج المتقدمين من النحاة والبلاغيين، والمعجميين وفقهاء اللغة في الاصطلاح والتسمية، ثم على ما أقرته منهجيات وضع المصطلح في اتحاد المجامع العربية، وضرورة ربط حاضر اللغة بماضيها، على الرغم من عسر البحث في الأسفار الكثيرة في التراث اللغوي، ولقد هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث عن مكامن المنهجين لدى المنظمة العربية للترجمة، ولذا ارتبطت إشكالية البحث بمدى التقيد بمبادئ ترجمة المصطلح لدى مترجمي المنظمة العربية للترجمة، ومنهم ريتا خاطر، قامت الدرسة ‘لى ثلاثة أقسام تمثل الأول في عرض مفصّل لواقع ترجمة المصطلحات اللغوية في المنظمة العربية للترجمة، وجاء الثاني أساسا لنقد الارتجال كآلية وظفها كثيرون في الاصطلاح، وقسم آخر بعنوان السياسة اللغوية. أكثر ما تقرر مم نتائج في هذا البحث هو منهج الترجمة المتين الذي يسير عليه مترجمو هذه المؤسسة، والذي يهدف إلى المصطلح المأصول عوض المنقول، ومن ثمَّ إلى علمية العربية، وإنا لندعو قَبساً من لدن هؤلاء، وحكما لتخصصنا إلى السير في مضمار ترجمة المصطلح هذا. The study is based on an attempt to establish a solid translation curriculum, which is specific to terminological translation in Arab culture in general. In machine science in particular, based on the applicants' approach of sculptor and communications, Lexicographers and linguists in the terminology and designation, and then on the methodologies for the formulation of the term in the Federation of Arab Compounds, The need to link the language's present to its past, despite the difficulty of researching many travels in linguistic heritage, The aim of the study was to explore the complexities of the two approaches to the Arab Organization for Translation. and therefore the problem of research was linked to the adherence to the principles of translation of the term by the translators of the Arab Translation Organization, Rita Khater, among them, conducted the study "Three sections, the first of which represented a detailed presentation of the reality of the translation of linguistic terminology in the Arab Organization for Translation, The second was a basis for criticism of improvisation as a mechanism employed by many in the terminology, and another section entitled "Linguistic policy". What has been decided most of the results in this research is the solid translation curriculum followed by the translators of this institution, which aims at the original term rather than the transferee, and hence to the science of Arabic, and we invite a dome of these people, and to specialize in the course of translating this term.
