Abstract

Abstract ; This study aims to view the "Carroll 1979-1991" model for the dimensions of institutions social responsibility, as it is one of the latest works that dealt with the subject, and due to its flexibility and ability to respond to emerging requirements, we tried to link its four dimensions and their contribution to achieving the Quality of life at work. The results showed that the model "Carroll 1979-1991" and with the achievement of hierarchical responsibilities contribute to achieving the Quality of life at work.
