الاستراتيجية الدولية لمواجهة الجرائم السيبرانية

الملخص
أصبح العالم اليوم يعتمد على الأنترنت بشكل كبير في الحياة اليومية نظرا لإيجابياتها، غير أن البعض وجد فيها وسيلة لارتكاب جرائم متعددة يصعب اكتشافها وضبطها في كثير من الحالات. ذلك أن آثارها تتجاوز حدود الدولة الواحدة مما يصعب عليها مواجهتها بجهودها الفردية، وهذا ما يستدعي تظافر جهود جميع الدول والمؤسسات الدولية، إما في إطار اتفاقي من خلال إبرام العديد من الاتفاقيات الدولية، أو مؤسساتي بهدف الإسفادة من إمكاناتها في هذا المجال، أو عن طريق التعاون بمختلف صوره التعاون الأمني والقضائي، بشكل ثنائي أو بمساعدة الهيئات الدولية. Abstract: Today, the world increasingly depends on the internet in daily life due to its numerous benefits. However, some have found it to be a medium for committing various crimes, many of which are difficult to detect and control in many cases. The consequences of such crimes transcend national borders, making it challenging for any single state to address them with its efforts. This calls for the collaboration of all countries and international institutions through agreements by drafting various international treaties or institutional cooperation to leverage their capabilities in this field. Cooperation may also take the form of security and judicial collaboration, either bilaterally or with the assistance of international bodies.
