Abstract

This study investigates the impact of ethical leadership on strengthening the principle of disclosure and transparency within the framework of human resource governance. The banking sector was selected due to its pivotal role in shaping and evaluating governance practices. To achieve the study’s objectives, both descriptive and analytical approaches were employed. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 90 bank employees in El Tarf, of which 70 valid responses were retained for analysis. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS v25. The results revealed a statistically significant effect of ethical leadership on promoting disclosure and transparency within the framework of human resource governance.
