التسيير الذكي للمدينة ورهان تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
ملخص: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية التسيير الذكي للمدينة ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، فمن بين الآليات المبتكرة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة نجد التسيير الذكي للمدينة والذي ظهر كنموذج يعتمد على التكنولوجيا من اجل تحسين أداء المدن وزيادة كفاءتها في تلبية احتياجات الأجيال الحالية والقادمة في جميع المجالات، لهذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التسيير الذكي للمدينة والتنمية المستدامة، وإلى الدور الذي يلعبه التسيير الذكي للمدينة في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة. وفي الأخير خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن التسيير الذكي للمدينة له دور فعاّل في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال التحول من مدن تسير بشكل تقليدي إلى مدن قائمة على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، سواء في البنية التحتية أو من خلال الخدمات التي تقدم للمواطن بغية حل مشاكل التحضر والتي على رأسها الحفاظ على البيئة والاستغلال العقلاني للموارد الطبيعية من أجل مراعاة حقوق الأجيال القادمة. Abstract: This research paper deals with smart city management and its role in achieving sustainable development. This is due to the importance of sustainable development that most counrties seek to achieve, Among the innovative methods in achieving sustainable development, we find smart city management, which has emerged as a model that relies on technology in order to improve the performance of cities to meet the needs of generation in all field. Therefore, this study aims to identify smart city management and sustainable development and the relationship between them. Then moving to the discussion of the role of smart city management in achieving the goals of sustainable development. Finally, smart city management has an effective role in achieving sustainable development. Through the transformation from traditional cities to cities based on Information and Communication Technology, whether in infrastructure or in the services provided to the smart citizen in solving the various problems facing urbanization, including preserving the environment and natural resources with the need to emphasize on the right of future generations
