موقف الاتحاد الاوروبي من احداث طوفان الاقصى : التحولات والعوامل المؤثرة

الملخص
- الملخص: يشكل الاتحاد الاوروبي احد القوى العالمية المؤثرة بشكل او بآخر على مجريات الساحتين الدولية والعالمية ويمتلك توجهات وسياسات ومواقف خاصة به ازاء العديد من القضايا والاحداث في مختلف مناطق وانحاء العالم، وله اهتمامه بقضايا واحداث الشرق الاوسط ومنها الصراع العربي الاسرائيلي وكان له سياسته خلال العقود السالفة الرامية الي خفض التصعيد وايجاد الحل السياسي المناسب من وجهة النظر الاوروبية وتقديم المساعدات الانسانية للفلسطينيين. بيد ان ما حصل من عملية طوفان الاقصى وما رافقها من احداث قد غيرت المواقف الاوروبية المعتادة ازاء اسرائيل وفلسطين، ففي الوقت الذي ادان فيه الاتحاد الاوروبي العملية ووصفها بالإرهاب والوحشية الا ان هذا الموقف تغير مع استمرار اسرائيل بعدوانها وحربها على قطاع غزة، وحصلت انقسامات وتباينات بين مؤسسات الاتحاد الاوروبي نفسها وتناقضت مواقفها بين منحاز لإسرائيل وبين منتقد لها ومؤيد للفلسطينيين، ناهيك عن انقسام مواقف الدول الاعضاء في الاتحاد الاوروبي الى ثلاث كتل تقريباً اتجهت المجموعة الاولى الى المطالبة بالوقف الفوري للحرب الاسرائيلية على غزة وانتقاد تعنت اسرائيل ورفضها للحل السياسي واستمرارها بالحرب، بينما اتجهت المجموعة الثانية الى تبني السردية الاسرائيلية تجاه ما يحدث في الساحة الفلسطينية المحتلة والانحياز الكامل لإسرائيل وتبرير انتهاكاتها وعدوانها على الفلسطينيين في غزة، اما المجموعة الثالثة فكان بقدر من الحذر في مجال تأييد اسرائيل. - Abstract : The European Union is one of the global powers that influences, in one way or another, the events of the international and global arenas. It has its own orientations, policies and positions regarding many issues and events in various regions and parts of the world. It is interested in the issues and events of the Middle East, including the Arab-Israeli conflict. It has had its policy during the past decades aimed at reducing escalation and finding the appropriate political solution from the European point of view and providing humanitarian aid to the Palestinians. However, the Al-Aqsa Flood operation and the events that accompanied it changed the usual European positions towards Israel and Palestine. While the European Union condemned the operation and described it as terrorism and brutality, this position changed with Israel continuing its aggression and war on the Gaza Strip. Divisions and differences occurred among the institutions of the European Union themselves, and their positions contradicted between those who are biased towards Israel, those who criticize it, and those who support the Palestinians. Not to mention the division of the positions of the member states of the European Union into approximately three blocs. The first group tended to demand an immediate end to the Israeli war on Gaza and criticize Israel’s intransigence and rejection of a political solution and its continuation of the war, while the second group tended to adopt the Israeli narrative towards what is happening in the occupied Palestinian arena and to be completely biased towards Israel and justify its violations and aggression against the Palestinians in Gaza. As for the third group, it was somewhat cautious in supporting Israel.
