الملخص
يشهد العالم تقدما ملحوظا في الجانب التكنولوجي وخاصة في مجال خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي أين دخل هذا التطور في العديد من المجالات كالمجال الطبي، السياحي وحتى العسكري، نظرا لمزاياه العديدة. و عليه تركز الدراسة على تحليل مدى مساهمة هذه الخوارزميات في القطاع العسكري، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تقنيات AI ساهمت في تغيير شكل الحروب من الحروب التقليدية المكلفة إلى الحروب الحديثة (الحروب الذكية كالطائرات بدون طيار والروبوتات العسكرية القاتلة...)، إلا أن هذا السلاح يعتبر اليوم أداة مزدوجة فتوظيف هذه التقنيات في المجال العسكري أدخل العالم في مخاطر عديدة كالسباق التكنولوجي نحو امتلاك أكبر عدد من هذه التطبيقات وغيرها من التحديات. The world is witnessing significant progress in the technological field, particularly in artificial intelligence algorithms. This advancement has infiltrated various sectors, such as healthcare, tourism, and even the military, due to its numerous benefits. Therefore, the study focuses on analyzing the contribution of these algorithms to the military sector. The study concluded that AI technologies have contributed to transforming the nature of warfare, shifting from traditional, costly wars to modern ones (smart wars, such as drones and lethal military robots, etc.). However, this weapon is now considered a dual-use tool, as the deployment of these technologies in the military domain has introduced numerous risks, such as the technological arms race for possessing the largest number of these applications, among other challenges
