The Architectural Image Of The Neighborhoods Of The Old City Of Tlemcen - A Descriptive And Analytical Study.

Abstract
Descriptive and analytical studies are among the most important scientific research methods, if not the backbone of any research field. There is no doubt that talking about the material heritage of both types, this study is considered the ideal tool to reach the truth that is thousands of years away from us, and sometimes millions of years, so that we can get to know the architectural image that the old neighborhoods of the city of Tlemcen live in. We conducted a field investigation, and described its condition, presenting at the same time an analysis that reveals the underlying reasons behind the result it reached. It seems that its artistic and historical value is deteriorating, after we compared what we found on it currently, and the field inspection carried out by the National Agency for Regional Planning in 1998.
