Abstract
تهدف هذه المساهمة الى تعريف هذا المفهوم الجديد ألا وهو البيانات المفتوحة، و نشأته في المنشورات العلمية و تطبيقاتها من طرف المؤسسات و الشركات و تأطير هذه العملية من قبل الحكومات عبر العالم و عرض الفرص و فوائد استعمالها من طرف الغير في المنطقة المغاربية. This contribution aims to define this new concept of Open Data, to trace its genesis in scientific writings and its application by institutions and companies and its supervision by governments around the world, and attempt to address issues related to the prospects of opening up data and the expected benefits of third party use in the Maghreb region.
