الملخص
إنّ المتأمل في تاريخ الجزائر الثقافي عامة خلال العهد العثماني وحاضرة معسكرخاصة، يجد حركة متميزة في جوانب العلوم والآداب وكذلك الكتابات التاريخية والرحلات العلمية،التي كان لها دور مهم وجوهري بحاضرة معسكر، إذ ظهر العديد من أعلام ساهموا مساهمة كبيرة في تنشيط وإحياء الفكر العربي الجزائري و الإسلامي بعدما أصابها نوع من التراجع. وبرز على الساحة الفكرية علماء وفقهاء ورحّالة، حاول كلّ منهم وضع بصمة لصالح الأمة العربية الإسلامية عامة والمغاربية خاصة، محاربين بذلك مظاهر التخلف. ولعلّ من بين هؤلاء الشيخ عبد القادر بن عبد الله المشرفي الغريسي،والعلامة إبن سحنون الراشدي،والشيخ ابن زرفة الدحاوي المصطفى .Anyone who contemplates the cultural history of Algeria in general during the Ottoman era and the city of Mascara finds a distinct movement in the aspects of science and literature as well as historical writings and scientific journeys, which played an important and essential role in the city of Mascara, as many prominent figures emerged who contributed greatly to the activation and revival of Arab Algerian and Islamic thought after it had suffered a kind of decline. Scholars, jurists and travelers emerged on the intellectual scene, each of whom tried to leave a mark in favor of the Arab Islamic nation in general and the Maghreb in particular, thus fighting the manifestations of backwardness. Perhaps among these are Sheikh Abdelkader bin Abdullah Al-Mashrafi Al-Gharisi, the scholar Ibn Sahnoon Al-Rashidi, and Sheikh Ibn Zarfa Al-Dahawi Al-Mustafa.
