This study explores the determinants of economic takeoff in Algeria (2000-2021) using The Autoregressive distributed lagged model. The analysis reveals that life expectancy has a statistically significant positive impact on Real GDP, implying improved health strengthens the economy. However, primary school completion rate, political stability, access to electricity, and total investment don't exhibit statistically significant relationships with GDP in this model. These findings suggest prioritizing health improvements alongside exploring the influence of other variables on Algeria's economic growth.
