الملخص
تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية بالتحليل والنقد موضوع استخدام سلاح الفوسفور الأبيض من منظور القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي الجنائي والذي طالما استعمل أثناء النزاعات المسلحة رغم آثاره الرهيبة، كما حدث في غزة، بتسليط الضوء على الإطار القانوني لحظر هذا السلاح ودراسة المسؤولية الفردية ذات الصلةـ ويبحث في أسسها وآثارها قصد إيجاد حلول للحد من استخدام هذا السلاح. ABSTRACT: This research paper analyzes and critiques the use of white phosphorus weapons from the perspective of international humanitarian law and international criminal law. White phosphorus has long been used during armed conflicts despite its horrific effects, as in the case of Gaza. It sheds light on the legal framework for prohibiting this weapon it also examines the relevant individual responsibility and explores the foundations and effects of responsibility with the aim of finding solutions to limit the use of this weapon.
