ملخص : تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية بالتحليل والنقد الحماية الدولية للصحفيين أثناء النزاعات المسلحة بتسليطها الضوء بداية على الحماية القانونية للصحفيين من خلال دراسة مفهوم هذه الفئة ومركزها القانوني والحماية المقررة لها في أحكام القانون الدولي الانساني وتبحث في الجزء الثاني عن الحماية المؤسساتية لهذه الفئة من خلال دراسة جهود منظمة الأمم المتحدة واسهامات المنظمات غير الحكومية ذات الصلة وموقف القضاء من الحماية المقررة لهذه الفئة ، كما يدرس حالة الصحفيين في غزة كنموذج عن التدابير المتخذة لحمايتهم، قصد إيجاد حلول لتفعيل الحماية ووضع حد للانتهاكات الصارخة المرتكبة ضد الصحفيين. Abstract : This research paper analyzes and critiques the international protection of journalists during armed conflicts by highlighting, firstly, the legal protection of journalists through a study of the concept of this category, its legal status, and the protection afforded to it in the provisions of international humanitarian law. In the second part, it examines the institutional protection of this category by studying the efforts of the United Nations, the contributions of relevant non-governmental organizations, and the position of the judiciary on the protection afforded to this category. It also studies the case of journalists in Gaza as a model of the measures taken to protect them, the aim is to find solutions to activate protection and put an end to the blatant violations committed against journalists.
