الأسس المعرفية والمنهجية لعلم المصطلح The Epistemological And Methodological Foundations Of Terminology

الملخص
شكّل المصطلح موضوعا لعلم قائم بذاته، له مبادِئه ونظرياته ومناهجه يسمى علم المصطلح، هذا العلم القديم الجديد في غاياته وموضوعه وبعض اشتغالاته؛ فمحاولة إعطاء تسميات للأشياء وتوليد المصطلحات في مختلف الألسنة عملية سابقة، وممارسة موجودة منذ أن شرع الإنسان في استعمال اللغة أداة للتواصل، إلا أنه كعلم جديد في منهجه ووسائله ومقاييسه مازال قيد التشكّل والتطور، وهو من العمق والاتساع بحيث يصعب حصره، كونه يتداخل مع العلوم اللغوية، والفلسفة، والمنطق، والمعلوميات وأنظمة الحوسبة، هذه الأخيرة التي أسهمت في تخزين المصطلحات وترتيبها وتسهيل نشرها وتوحيدها رغبةً في تدويل الدرس المصطلحي، وتعميم الاستفادة من مختلف التقانات الجديدة، ولعل هذا التحاقل والعبور هو ما دفعنا إلى البحث عن ماهيته، وكيفية اشتغاله وطرائقه في التعامل مع المصطلح. Abstract: The term is the object of a science on its own, with its own principles, theories and approaches, called terminology, this science both is old and new in its objectives, subject and in some of its functions. Indeed, trying to designate objects and generate terminology in different languages is an earlier process, and a practice that has existed since man began using language as a communication tool. However, as a new science in its curriculum, means and measures, it is still under formation and evolution, and is of such depth and breadth that it is difficult to pinpoint because it overlaps with the language sciences, philosophy, logic and computer science. The latter science has helped to store and organize terminology, facilitating its propagation and standardization in order to internationalize the terminology course and disseminate the use of different new technologies. Perhaps it was this interdisciplinarity and crossing that pushed us to look for what it was, how it worked and how it treated the term.
