Abstract: This study examines the challenges of cybersecurity in terms of data confidentiality and the risks of cybercrime targeting individuals and organizations. This is particularly the case in an environment where cloud computing networks and data storage are developing rapidly and the widespread use of the Internet. This includes a growing reliance on hacking and cyberwarfare software that facilitates the hacking of Sensitive big data. Against the backdrop of these challenges, cybersecurity in the age of digital globalization has come under threat, especially following the rise in cybercrime rates, which have become a new security threat characterized by complexity and entanglement, requiring states to develop effective mechanisms and societal awareness to address the dangers of cybercrime.
