الملخص
ملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة مقاربة الأنظمة السياسية في الدول الافريقية من زاوية مغايرة ترتكز على مفهوم النيوباتريمونياية، باعتباره أحد المفاهيم المحورية القادرة على تفسير وفهم بنية هذه الأنظمة. وعليه، نسعى من خلال توظيف هذا المفهوم في تحليل النظم السياسية الإفريقية إلى الإسهام في بناء تراكم معرفي حول النظام السياسي في القارة وتعميق الفهم لآلياته وطريقة عمله،إذ يعد فهم النيوباتريمونيالية ضروريا لتحليل طبيعة الأنظمة السياسية في إفريقيا والتحديات التي تواجهها في مسارات التنمية وبناء الدولة الحديثة. Abstract: This study seeks to approach the political systems in African states from a different perspective by focusing on the concept of neopatrimonialism, which is considered one of the pivotal concepts capable of explaining and understanding the structure of these systems. Therefore, by employing this concept in the analysis of African political systems, we aim to contribute to the accumulation of knowledge about the political systems of these countries and to deepen the understanding of their mechanisms and functioning. Understanding neopatrimonialism is essential for analyzing the nature of African political systems as well as the challenges they face in terms of development and building modern states.
