The Rural Woman And The Startup Project Opportunity: The Case Of Skikda Women

Abstract
This paper seeks to explore the involvement of rural women in emerging startup opportunities, acknowledging their substantial human capital derived from social empowerment and active participation across diverse sectors. Their significant contributions to both the economic and social advancement of the country highlight their pivotal role. The emergence of startup opportunities marks a novel trajectory in economic development, critically enhancing production and revenue outcomes. Presently, rural women play a central role in production, participating extensively in both internal and external family-oriented tasks. A thorough analysis reveals that rural areas offer extensive developmental potential, necessitating state-led initiatives and programs to promote rural development.
